The inspiration behind Elevated Fork was the desire to introduce “cannabis-infused” cuisine into a one of a kind dining experience. This is an EXCLUSIVE invite-only dining club. We cater to the relatively new to marijuana and those who are veteran consumers. Elevated Fork creates unique dinners, brunches, cook-outs, high tea parties and other events, as well as being available for private hire.
Each meal can be adapted to suit the needs of the diners. The canna-curious may desire low-dose dinners, veteran consumers may want something more potent. Those with dietary restrictions are accommodated.
Diners can expect to consume 10-15 mg of THC/CBD over the procession of several micro-dosed courses. We facilitate a relaxed, anxiety-free experience. Using locally sourced produce, meats and the freshest seafood.
Elevated Fork is about more than what’s on the table — there’s also entertainment and education for those that have questions. “I invite an active member from the Cannabis community to join the group for an open discussion with guests if they desire,” says the chef/owner. “They relate their experiences, help separate fact from fiction relative to pertinent laws and pending legislation and offer suggestions about becoming a proactive member of the cannabis community.” Enlivening the event may be a professional dancer, a slam poetry artist, or a classically trained violinist playing tunes by Cypress Hill or Metallica.
