About Me

I've always loved baking. It started when I was a kid, experimenting in my grandma's kitchen. But it wasn't until I discovered cannabis that my culinary passions truly ignited.

I've been lucky enough to share my journey on Netflix's Cooking with Cannabis. From working with industry giants to creating unforgettable private dining experiences, I've dedicated my life to transforming cannabis into a culinary masterpiece. Join me as I explore the artistry of cannabis cooking.

I grew up in New England, where a babysitting job sparked my love for food. I watched the kids' mother build gingerbread houses instead of microwaving hot pockets. One day, she invited me to join in, and that's when I realized that making food was an art.

Following this passion, I trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and honed my pastry skills at the French Pastry School. I've spent over 15 years working with renowned chefs like Emeril Lagasse and at top hotels like the Ritz Carlton.

In 2017, I ventured into cannabis cuisine while working for SORSE, a Seattle-based company. I curated three cannabis cookbooks for Pearl2o and served thousands of infused dishes for various groups. Through my private event company, Elevated Fork, I hosted food events globally, although it's on hiatus due to the pandemic.

My recipes have been featured in Dope Magazine and The Cannabis Cooking Magazine. I aim to elevate the perception of cannabis by providing guests with a safe space where food shines and cannabis enhances the experience.

In 2019, I received a Certificate of Completion in Culinary Cannabis. Over the past seven years, I've been featured in numerous magazines and made my TV debut on Netflix's "Cooked with Cannabis." I'm active on Instagram and TikTok as Pastrypants, sharing my cannabis baking videos.

In 2023, I joined my significant other in Ohio, where he secured a cultivation position with Standard Wellness. I continue to educate others about safe dosing and compliance in cannabis beverages. I currently serve as Vice Chair with the NTEF, advancing education and research in natural healing.
